Status of nVidia nForce 590 SLI support?
My 2 cents (from someone who's been there) It is not exactly a hack but rather a binary patch to the reference drivers which is the exact copy of what Metabyte implemented for mismatched SLI support. And it is as stable as the reference drivers are. At least so far I received just a couple of complains which were

Does SLI support the higher resolution? Oh, and is my 2D card starting to get a bit long in the tooth, or can I hold off, since most high powered games will be 3D accelerated any how (are there any current 2D games, other than DF, which "push the envelope"?)? Thanks! Demian I would suggest selling the V2 for $50

Exactly, and especially since the "leaked" driver isn't really consumer-ready--no Quake 3Dfx support, no dynamic resolution switching in Unreal, no SLI support, etc. With real production going, SLI support (we hope, someday...), and prices possibly in the $150-250 range, a lot of people would still buy
